Cybersecurity is not just a technical field, it is first and foremost a people topic: it is about creating trust in the business, fighting against cyber criminals, and building a strong cyber culture.

But cybersecurity has a huge talent gap. Factually, it needs an additional 3.5 millions talents and it needs more women, who only represent 25% of them.
